Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invora (the “Service”) available at invorainvoice.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Invora is a free, browser-based tool that lets you create and download professional invoices as PDF files. The Service runs client-side in your browser; we do not store the invoice content you create.
2. No account required
You can use the core Service without creating an account. Optional Premium features may, in the future, require signing in; those features will be governed by these Terms and any additional terms presented at that time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents.
- Infringe the intellectual property or rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices and content you create.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the information and documents you create with the Service. Because your invoice data is processed only in your browser, we do not claim any ownership of, or access to, your content.
5. Free and Premium tiers
The core Service is provided free of charge. A small “Invora” credit may appear in the footer of invoices created on the free tier. Optional Premium features (such as removing that credit, additional template designs, and saving past invoices) may be offered for a fee in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before any purchase.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will meet the legal or tax requirements of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
