Last updated: August 3, 2026

The short version: Invora generates document templates, not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that the documents you create meet the requirements of your business, industry, and jurisdiction.

1. No professional advice

Invora is a self-service document generation tool. Nothing on invorainvoice.com — including template layouts, sample field labels, tax or discount calculations, or content in our guides — constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer for advice specific to your business and location.

2. Accuracy of generated documents

Totals, taxes, and discounts are calculated automatically from the numbers you enter. While we test these calculations carefully, we cannot guarantee they are error-free or that a generated invoice, receipt, or other document is complete, accurate, or compliant with the tax, invoicing, or record-keeping rules that apply to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing every document before you send or rely on it, including verifying tax rates, legal wording, and any mandatory fields required in your jurisdiction.

3. Templates are a starting point

The invoice, receipt, quotation, payslip, and other templates available in Invora are general-purpose designs intended to save you time. They are not certified or endorsed by any government, tax authority, or professional body, and may not include every field required for specialized use cases (for example, VAT/GST-specific requirements, industry-specific disclosures, or regional invoicing mandates). Adapt each document as needed before use.

4. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invora and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, penalty, or dispute arising from your use of a document generated with the tool, including but not limited to rejected invoices, tax miscalculations, missed payments, or non-compliance with local regulations. This disclaimer should be read together with the Terms of Service, in particular the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections.

5. Blog and guide content

Articles in our guides section discuss general invoicing and small-business billing practices for informational purposes only. They reflect common practice and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional familiar with your specific circumstances.

6. Third-party links

Pages on invorainvoice.com may link to third-party sites (for example, payment processors or advertising partners). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.
