Privacy Policy

The short version: Invora is a client-side tool. The invoice data you enter — your business details, clients, line items, amounts, and logo — is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We don’t have accounts, and we can’t see your invoices.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is (and isn’t) collected when you use Invora at invorainvoice.com. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information you enter into the tool

All the details you type into the invoice generator are handled locally by your web browser to render the on-screen preview and generate your PDF. This information is not sent to us and is not accessible to us in any way.

2. Local storage on your device

For your convenience, Invora may save certain data in your browser’s local storage (a private area on your own device), including:

Your business details and logo, so you don’t have to re-enter them (only if you keep the “Remember” option on).
Your preferences, such as your chosen template and currency.
Your invoice number sequence.

This data stays on your device, is never uploaded, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data or using the tool’s reset options.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect standard, non-identifying technical information such as your browser type, device type, and general access logs for security and performance. This is not linked to the contents of your invoices.

4. Cookies and advertising

Invora displays advertising to keep the tool free. We use, or plan to use, Google AdSense (and, for any mobile app version of Invora, Google AdMob) to serve ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and mobile advertising identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits or app activity on this and other sites and apps.

Google’s use of advertising cookies and identifiers enables it and its partners (via AdSense on the web and AdMob in-app) to serve ads to you based on your visit to Invora and/or other sites and apps on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

5. Third-party services

We load web fonts from Google Fonts to render the site’s typography. When a Premium sign-in and checkout are introduced in the future, those will be provided by trusted third parties (such as Google for authentication and a payment processor for billing) and this policy will be updated to describe the data they process. No such services are active today.

6. Children’s privacy

Invora is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your rights

Because we don’t collect or store your personal invoice data on our servers, there is nothing on our side for us to access, correct, or delete. Any data saved by the tool lives on your device and is fully under your control. For advertising data, please use the opt-out links in Section 4.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
